Somatic Awareness
Somatic Awareness is a practice of slowing down and listening directly to the body’s present-moment experience. Sensations such as tension, tightness, or subtle movement are approached as meaningful signals—guiding awareness toward what is ready to be felt, integrated, or completed.
Guided Imagery is gently woven into this process, offering the nervous system a supportive inner landscape through which the body can safely explore, communicate, and reorganize. Rather than analyzing the past, this work remains rooted in embodied awareness, allowing trauma or fear based holding patterns to release its grip and the nervous system the support it needs to self regulate.
Together, Somatic Awareness and Guided Imagery support the body’s innate capacity to restore balance, deepen regulation, and cultivate a steady sense of presence, while building trust from the inside out.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy guides the mind into a calm, focused, theta like state, where the brain becomes more receptive to creating new knowns, constructive insight, and supporting positive change. In this state, the subconscious mind—where beliefs, emotional associations, and habitual responses are encoded—can be accessed with clarity and intention. Language, imagery, and focus support an empowering, positive mind-set.
From a neuroscience perspective, this state supports neuroplasticity, making it easier to update outdated responses and rewire patterns that no longer serve us. Hypnotherapy can support shifts around fears, stress responses, sleep disturbances, habitual or trauma informed patterns, and imprints from past experiences. By working at the level where these patterns are formed and maintained, change becomes more efficient, embodied, and sustainable—integrating naturally into present-day life experiences.
